**SCHOOL AGE GYMNASTICS COACH**Have you done gymnastics in the past and want to pass the benefits on to the next generation? Is it important to you to be a great role model for children? Do you want to get your daily workout in while working? If yes to all those questions, this is the job for you! Jump! Gymnastics is now hiring for a school-age gymnastics coach. This is a fabulous job for those who have participated in gymnastics as a child or teen and worked up to being able to do a round-off back handspring. ______________________________________________________________________________
There is paid training for both positions before you begin coaching on your own and there is always a curriculum provided to guide you along.
We ask that you can commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per week. Saturday shifts are mandatory.
Shifts available are:
Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:00 - 7:30 or 3:15 - 8:00.
Saturdays are a mandatory shift from 9am - 4:30pm (sometimes the shift ends at 2pm).
Compensation is Depending on Experience
Pay for entry level (no experience in working in childcare or participating or coaching gymnastics) is $11 per hour. Pay increases with experience in one or both of the two fields. If you have combined experience in both childcare and gymnastics, please inquire about pay rates as they can exceed $14 per hour with sufficient, applicable experience. Team members are evaluated for raises 2x per year and receive monthly bonuses for student retention up to $100 per month.
Experience participating or competing in Gymnastics Levels 3 - 6 = $12/hour
Experience competing in Gymnastics Level 7 and Higher = $13/hour
1 - 2 years of experience coaching gymnastics = $13/hour
2 or more years of experience coaching gymnastics = $14/hour
1 - 2 years of experience working in a childcare or educational setting (including babysitting) = $12/hour
2 or more years of experience working in a childcare or educational setting = $13/hour
